Important Notice – Email Size Limits
Please be aware that most mail servers have a maximum email size limit of 20–25MB.

AutoIntegrity is not restricting the size of emails being sent. Emails are processed and dispatched successfully from our system; however, if the total attachment size exceeds the receiving server’s limit, delivery may fail at the recipient’s end.
If an email exceeds this size:

❌ The recipient may not receive the email
❌ The message may be rejected by the recipient’s mail server
❌ You may not receive a clear bounce-back notification
❌ Large image attachments are the most common cause

This is not an AutoIntegrity system fault — it is a standard limitation across most email providers (including Microsoft 365, Gmail, and many corporate and insurer mail servers).
